Complete front and back yard installations, from clearing and drainage through beds, plants and rock.

Most yards around here need the same handful of things: beds that make sense, plants that survive a Texas August, drainage that moves water away from the house, and a layout that does not fight the way you actually use the yard.
We handle full front and back yard installations, from clearing and grading through beds, plants, trees, mulch and rock. If the yard holds water after a storm, we deal with that first, because nothing else works until it drains.
We install the whole yard — drainage, beds, rock, plants and sod — under one contract, so the hardscape and the softscape are planned together instead of fighting each other.

Workmanship warranty in the contract, on top of the manufacturer warranties on materials.
In most yards we quote, the money splits three ways: fixing what is wrong under the surface, building the hard surfaces, and planting. Homeowners usually expect the planting to be the big number and it rarely is. Drainage correction and hardscape carry the cost, because they involve excavation, base, concrete and stone rather than plants and labor.
That is why we quote in phases when a full yard is more than the budget allows. We design the whole thing first so the pieces fit, then build the parts that have to go in first — drainage, grading, hardscape — and leave planting and finish work for a later phase. Doing it the other way around means tearing out plants to run a drain that should have gone in at the start.

We walk the property with you, measure, and talk through how you actually want to use the space. Free, no pressure.
We recreate your yard in 3D and show you the finished space, with materials picked from real samples, plus an itemized written price.
We pull city permits and prepare your HOA packet, then give you a start date and keep it.
Our own crews build it. Forms pulled, debris hauled, site swept — your neighbors only know we were there by the finished work.
Free walkthrough, free 3D design, itemized price in writing. Financing available so the project doesn't have to wait.
Yes, and for larger projects it is often the smart way. We lay out the whole plan first so the phases fit together, then price each one. That way the hardscape does not get torn up later to run something that should have gone in first.
Usually. The fix is either regrading the surface, a French drain, or extending downspouts to daylight, and sometimes all three. We diagnose the actual path the water takes before quoting, because guessing at drainage wastes money.
Natives and adapted varieties do best. Things like dwarf yaupon, nandina, salvia, abelia and ornamental grasses handle the heat and the clay. We plant for the yard you have rather than the one in the magazine.
Yes. We handle city permits and inspections for covered patios, pergolas, electrical and gas work across Rockwall, Royse City, Fate, Heath, Rowlett, Wylie, Forney, Garland, Dallas and the surrounding municipalities, and we prepare HOA submittal packets using your 3D design. Permit costs are a line item in your estimate.
Yes. A written workmanship warranty on every project, on top of the manufacturer warranties on pavers, turf, aluminum and materials. The terms are in your contract, not buried somewhere.
